if you're hoping to gain some useful insight into this horrible condition you've been suffering with for years, don't get your hopes up. basically the book tells you that they've officially added PPPD as a medical diagnosis and there isn't enough data yet about the condition to figure out how to treat it.so while the author attempts to help, the book is completely useless, I didn't learn anything more then I already knew from years of attempting to treat the condition.2 stars for the good technical explanation of the workings of the inner ear, and a weak attempt at trying to comfort those with PPPD with hopes of progress to come, but if you read my review, you no longer need to get the book, trust me.I was very excited to find the book thinking maybe there would be some hidden nugget inside to help my condition, sadly there was not.
